SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, we will process your order. It takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ODER?

You should receive a tracking number on the day we deliver your item. Use the tracking number to track where your item is. If you are unable to track the item, kindly drop us an email at info@charlestonwatches.com or you can Live Chat with us for quicker response.

 

  • HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

All orders are free of shipping charge. You do not have to pay for the shipping which includes international orders as well. Please see our shipping chart here.

 

WATCH REPAIRS OR WARRANTY

  • WHAT IF MY LEATHER STRAP IS BROKEN?

All Charleston Watches are covered with 2 years warranty (you must activate your warranty here), we will repair your leather strap if the defect comes under warranty, at no cost. 

 

  • ARE MY STRAPS INTERCHANGEABLE?

Yes, your leather straps are all interchangeable. The straps available on our store are all the same size, so you don't have to worry that it might not fit in.

 

  •  IS MY WATCH WATERPROOF?

Your watch is water resistant to 5ATM which is 50m (5 Bar). We tested each watch during manufacturing so that there is no defect happens at all.

However, we do recommend removing your watch before swimming or bathing because leather straps are less resistant when exposed to water frequently.

 

US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer FREE returns on all orders! 

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

To start return, please email us at info@charlestonwatches.com with Subject "Return - Order#", and we will reply you within 24 hours.

 

UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION

WHY REGISTER MY WATCH?

This is to ensure each watch you register with us is an unique timepiece. All watch has its owners. Also, this is to ensure each watch is not counterfeit. You should use the unique identification number to check if your watch is original.

Your watch comes with 2 years warranty. You must register your watch to be covered under warranty. We will ask your unique identification number when your watch needs to be repaired or replaced.
